March Movie Madness 2: Kung-Fu Panda

The noodle-making demo extra on Kung-Fu Panda is absolutely amazing.  The movie was pretty funny, too.  I like a movie where weaknesses can become strengths.  There was some really great voice acting in this one, and the behind-the-scenes extra about that was worthwhile, too.  Actually, a lot of the extras were good.  The technical ones were fascinating, too.
